We will soon rename the platform Indian Health Law Watch. We aim to bridge the gap between legal knowledge and public awareness by offering reliable, well-researched, and accessible legal content. The platform does not provide any legal advice.

People behind this website
This website is the brainchild of Ms. Jyoti Srivastava (CEO & Editor-in-Chief), an Advocate and Legal Consultant, and a trained mediator in Commercial Mediation (from Samadhan, Delhi High Court and IICA under the auspices of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs). She is the former Joint Secretary of the Council for Conflict Resolution-Maadhyam and the former Counsellor-in-Chief of Rainmaker. She has completed her Advanced Studies in Healthcare Compliance Law at the University of Pittsburgh, USA.
Jyoti started this website in 2015 to capture law and legal development research. The website was started to cover legal updates in different practice areas. In 2025, we decided to narrow the range of coverage to the healthcare laws primarily.
She graduated in 2006 from the prestigious Hindu College at Delhi University. Before pursuing a legal career, she was a civil service aspirant who passed the prelims exam. She began her career in various courts in Delhi with over 14 years of experience and has represented international and domestic clients in litigation and corporate matters. She is also a panel mediator with the ICADR and has received joint training in advanced commercial mediation from Samadhan and IICA. She was part of the team assisting a panel of judges for the esteemed 50-year Golden Jubilee Book of the Delhi High Court. The BUSINESS CONNECT magazine covered the journey of the INDIAN LAW WATCH story.
