About GCADR
The GNLU Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution [GCADR] which was established in the year 2010 at the Gujarat National Law University and is consistently working with an aim to impart knowledge, to give training and encourage high quality cutting-edge research and bridging the gap between academia and industry. The centre has been organising training programmes, certificate courses, conferences and seminars since its inception.
For promoting ADR culture among the students, academicians and practitioners, GCADR organises many lecture series on the topics of ADR. As part of the online lecture series on Arbitration Law, GCADR is organising an online session on 1 st October, 2022 at 11 A.M. on the topic “DRAFTING AN EFFECTIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE” wherein Ms. Palak Nagar, Senior Associate, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas shall be the speaker.
