Inspite of ban on unfare trade practice the entire business of Credit Card companis in India based on such illegal practice. The R. B. I. the statutory body who is the controller remain silent spectator and allowing banks to continue such practice years together. The helpless and needy consumers have no other alternatives than to bow down before the miety organization of banks supported by Government of India. Somebody has to take this subject on agenda to oppose credit card business system in india in the larger interest of the consumer
