*What is CBLR?*

The CERTIFICATE of BASIC LEGAL READINESS (CBLR) will be awarded to candidates who successfully pass the ONLINE BASIC LEGAL READINESS EXAMINATION (OBLRE) jointly conducted by Alexis Foundation and Adhrit Foundation on 7th May, 2020 from 3 PM – 5PM.
This certificate will certify that you have successfully obtained basic knowledge and skills in Mooting, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Intellectual Property Law and Business Law.

*What is OBLRE?*

ONLINE BASIC LEGAL READINESS EXAMINATION (OBLRE) is an Objective-Multiple Choice Question Type Examination with 100 questions and 2 hours time. Every question will be of 1 Mark. The candidate will be awarded 1 Mark for every Correct Answer. There will be a penalty/negative marking of 0.33 for every Incorrect Answer. Skipped Question will not have any penalty.
Passing Mark is 50. In case the student fails to clear the exam in the first attempt. He/She can reappear in the Re-Examination to clear the exam by registering again.

*What is the Syllabus of OBLRE?*

Questions will be based on topics covered in the 10 Webinars available in the Webinar Gallery. The Notes available in the Presentation Gallery must be also referred by the candidates for the examination.

What is the last date of registration and examination fee?

The last date of registration is 7th June 2020.

Examination Fee is *Rs.1000 only.
