His core areas of practice include Seeds and Insecticide laws, laws relating to Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Competition Law, Medical Negligence and Consumer Protection. He has more than 10 years of experience in strategizing and handling complex litigations before various forums including the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.

Ashish represents and advises leading Agrochemical companies in India including UPL Ltd., Insecticides India Ltd. and Syngenta India Ltd. He is also the trusted lawyer for some of the largest agrochemical associations in India including Crop Care Federation of India (having more than 50 member companies), Pesticides Manufacturers and Formulators Association of India (having more than 250 member companies) and Crop Life India (having about 14 member companies). In addition, he also represents the Delhi Medical Association and DMA Nursing Home and Medical Establishment Forum before various forums.
