ABOUT ASHA AKANKSHA FOUNDATION
Asha Akanksha Foundation is a non-governmental organisation that was established in the year 2013 with the aim of spreading awareness and education in society. This is done by conducting free classes, menstrual hygiene camps, dance classes, craft workshops etc.
DETAILS OF THE COURSE
Course structures are designed with precision to ensure that even without any prior knowledge; you will develop a strong grip on the subject.
The online certificate course is a new way to enhance knowledge.
TOPICS FOR ONLINE COURSE (15 DAYS)
1. Domestic Violence:
The course aims to bring awareness in the takers about the Rights and Provisions available to women in case they face any injustice physical or mental and tries to ensure a healthy environment for them full of insights and knowledge.
2. Consumer Protection:
Consumer protection is the practice of safeguarding buyers of goods and services, and the public, against unfair practices in the marketplace. This course will be acting as a platform for all to get aware of their consumer rights and learn the procedure to enforce them.
TOPICS FOR ONLINE COURSE (4 WEEKS)
1. Fundamental Rights:
One of the most witnessed litigations in the Indian Judiciary is the enforcement of the Fundamental Rights. The Supreme Court being the guardian of the Constitution is entrusted to make sure the compliance of all legal norms with the fundamental rights of people. The Course aims to make people aware about their fundamental rights which cannot be abridged by actions of State and ensure that they know the remedies to be taken in case of breach of their ground rights to ensure justice.
2. Corporate Social Responsibility:
It is essential for new entrants to ensure that one adheres to the basic ethical standards and corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility is not only applicable to any particular type of business but is applicable to every type of business. This course tries to give full insight and knowledge related to CSR Activities in the organization.
3. Eligibility:
Anyone can apply.

If anybody wants to apply for two courses, he/she has to enroll separately for each topic. One can apply for maximum two courses.
4. Last Date for Application:
15 days – Registration will be closed on 15th July 2020 @11:59 p.m.
4 weeks – Registration will be closed on 2nd July 2020 @11:59 p.m.
6. Assessment :
At the end of the course, there be an online evaluation test.(Last week of July)
