BANKING FINANCE

CONSUMER LAW
Definition: A statute or administrative rule serving to protect consumer interests.
CRIMINAL LAW
Body of law dealing with crimes and their punishment. Beyond a reasonable doubt.
Enviromental law means the laws that regulate the impact of human activities on the enviroment. Enviromental law covers a broad range of activities that affect air, water, land, flora or fauna.
FAMILY & PROPERTY LAW
Transfer of property: It can only be done if you have substantial proof to claim your inheritance. Mutation of property title: This is done to record the transfer of a title of an immovable property from one person to another in the land revenue records
