Ms. Devashish is a seasoned corporate legal professional with extensive expertise in M&A, legal due diligence, compliance, and IP management. She has held key positions at leading law firms and served as Head of Legal at Kinetic Green. Ms. Devashish has worked previously Dua and Associates; AZB & Partners. She has served as Head Legal of Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited.

Mr. Prasad Gangadharan, a Senior Legal Counsel with over 15 years of experience, specializes in Corporate Law, International Transactions, Litigation, IPR, and Employment Law, providing strategic advice to global organizations on complex legal issues. With 25 + years experienced senior Indian lawyer and executive with a substantial background in deal-making, business development, litigation, legal advice, Compliance and Board governance in the information technology, telecommunications, fintech, logistics,E Governance and real estate sectors including start-ups. Prior to Desai & Diwanji, he worked as Senior Counsel/ Head- Legal in IT Companies like malomatia, TechMahindra, IBS Sofware, Systime, Synechron and CMS Computers. I have also worked as an Attorney in Bahrain based Fintech Company Paytabs, General Manager- Legal in Telecom Infrastructure Company GTL Ltd and Legal Manager in logistics Company BlueDart Ltd and Metro Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
