ABOUT RAVI
Ravi has advised eminent business houses, project developers, banks and financial institutions in transactions pertaining to domestic and cross border equity investments, debt funding and project contract documentation with a key focus on infrastructure, energy and natural resource space, specifically- power (all forms), mines, roads, oil and gas and seaports.
Lead lawyer in transactions which involves investment agreements such as share purchase/ subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, voting agreements, and ancillary documents; loan agreements and security documentation such as for hypothecation, mortgage, share pledges, sponsor undertakings etc. (acted as counsel for lenders as well as for borrowers); and project contracts such as EPC contracts, O&M agreements, concession agreements, power purchase agreements, evacuation and transmission agreements, port services agreements, oil and gas sales agreements, production sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, infrastructure sharing contracts, fuel sourcing agreements etc. Also advised on legal risk analysis in the above sectors including steel and cement sector.
