All India Legal Forum after conducting a successful Webinar on the topic “ADR as a Career” with Justice JLN Murthy as a keynote speaker, now has come up with another webinar on “EMERGING SCOPE OF TAXATION LAW” as its main theme. It is scheduled to take place online on Google Meet on the 21st of August 2020. We bring this webinar on the topic “Emerging Scope of Taxation Law” because Taxation Law is a comparatively new field and the growth and career options are ample. The primary aim of this webinar is to provide guidance in tax law for interested students. This webinar helps to clear up the students’ doubts and to increase and improve their future knowledge. ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Daksha has vast experience in International Taxation of over 30 years. Daksha, a graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University, is a dual qualified Chattered Accountant-England and Wales and India. She currently is the Head of International Taxation at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She has been recognized consistently as one of the top and most highly acclaimed and distinguished tax experts in India. She has a vast experience in International Taxation of over 30 years, and has advised clients on all aspects of taxation, including structuring of cross border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and re-organizing, as well as spin off businesses to unlock valuation. She has a great deal of experience in advising domestic and foreign educational institutions for their requirements in India. She also has a working experience with firms in the UK, US, European, Singapore, Australian and other law firms across jurisdictions to advise their global and multijurisdictional clients. Clients benefit from her commercial and business-like approach, her deep understanding, and her impeccable knowledge of tax provisions and out of the box thinking to provide solutions with clarity and tax risk mitigating strategies.
