ABOUT LEGAL AWARENESS WORKSHOPS (LAW) OF INDIAN LAW WATCH

Indian Law Watch announces its Legal Awareness Workshop (LAW) on the subject of Maintenance law under section 125 CRPC. These are capacity building workshop conducted by Indian Law Watch. The sessions would be taken by the CEO of Indian Law Watch, Advocate Jyoti Srivastava. Legal Awareness Workshop (LAW) is an initiative of Indian Law Watch in partnership with Legal Content Writer Guru and My Right to Information.com and JS Law Office. The sessions are specially crafted for different category of audience.

MAINTENANCE LAW UNDER SECTION 125 CRPC: LEGAL AWARENESS WORKSHOP (LAW)

SESSIONS	DETAILS
SESSION-I (15 Minutes)	Introduction to the Maintenance law as provided under Section 125-128 CRPC covering maintenance of wife, children.

SESSION-II (15 Minutes)	Calculating the maintenance. Amendment of orders passed under Section 125 CRPC. Process of appeal. Execution proceedings of Section 125 CRPC.

SESSION-III (15 Minutes)	Role of ADR and the role of the family law counsellors.

SESSION-IV (15 Minutes)	2 major Supreme Court judgments on the subject and understanding the settled position of law under the section. Content of the income affidavit.

SESSION-V (15 Minutes)	Compulsory Test on the subject.
