Venkat has over three decades of experience in advising on mergers & amalgamation, private equity, FDI, and commercial disputes across multiple sectors including highways, energy, healthcare, and information technology.  Prior to joining Algo Legal, Venkat headed the Bangalore division and co-headed the Hyderabad branch as an equity partner at Link Legal India Law Services. He has also worked extensively in various roles as a legal and tax expert advising Government bodies and private firms alike in the environmental and energy sectors.
