Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drafting, Reviewing and Vetting of various agreements including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSA), Service agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), amendments, addendum & termination letters.
- Research on laws applicable to the ongoing and/or upcoming businesses of the Tata 1mg.
- Assisting the business team in filing response to various RFQ (request for quote) /RFPs ( request for proposal)
- Maintaining the database of the executed contract
- Exhibit the ability to meet deadlines by effectively prioritizing, planning, coordinating, and executing assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating customer-centric communication.
Prior Requirements:
- Bachelor-s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Bar Council of India.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate legal advisory roles, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in using legal research databases and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
