Rahul spends his time focused on achieving the firm’s strategy and supporting partners in building their relationships with clients and each other around the world. He has introduced into Merlyn Law firm a major global initiative which seeks to improve the way we do things for the benefit of our clients in a rapidly changing and evolving market. He is registered Foreign Lawyer and is educated in law from UK.
Jagannathan Krishnan (Senior Partner): Merlyn Law Firm’s Senior partner teams up with international corporations around the world to undertake Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions in India and Europe. As Head of the firm’s Civil & Corporate Practice Group in the Indian Offices, Jagannathan employs an entrepreneurial approach that matches his clients’ to achieve results while building consensus. Jagannathan, who was in charge of creating the Chennai office from scratch, believes the best approach is to put himself in his clients’ shoes, keeping in mind the big picture at every stage of the transaction. Working in English, Tamil, and Hindi, Jagannathan focuses his practice on international M&A, encompassing structuring, risk assessment, negotiation, and post-closing. Jagannathan has applied his skills in the energy, manufacturing, financial, infrastructure, & consumer markets.
