The launch of a new Certificate Course on Corporate Governance, jointly offered by GNLU and Excellence Enablers, is scheduled to run from August to November 2025. The course is designed for professionals and aspirants interested in deepening their understanding of Corporate Governance through structured modules delivered by renowned mentors, including Mr. M. Damodaran, Prof. Sethu Gururajan, Mr. Sumit Agrawal, and Dr. Sanjeevan Kapshe, among others.
The course will cover key areas such as:
- Foundations and frameworks of Corporate Governance
- Business Ethics and Financial Disclosures
- Governance in listed and non-listed entities
- ESG, CSR, and sustainability
- Governance challenges and global perspectives
Eligibility: Graduates from recognized universities (preference to BE/B.Tech, LLB, MBA, CA, CS, CMA).
Duration: 3 months (August – November 2025)
Start Date: August 22, 2025
Fees: ₹85,000 + GST (Early bird: ₹75,000 + GST until July 31, 2025)
Certificate: On successful completion of assessments.
