Vritti Law Partners advised HDFC Bank Limited in relation to the credit facilities (in form of securitisation of future annuity receivables) aggregating up to INR 60,79,00,000 granted to HNB Engineers (Haridwar) Private Limited for construction, operation, and maintenance of two Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) located along the River Ganga in Jagjeetpur and Sarai, Haridwar by National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) and Uttarakhand Pey Jal Nigam under Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).
